We want quick easy answers. As a society we have become accustomed to microwaves and microchips, rapid romances and crimes solved on television in sixty-minutes. Many Christians tend to demand the same from the system of beliefs by which they regulate their lives: they want immediate solutions to difficult problems. Numerous earnest believers do not invest the time needed to develop a Biblical approach to life. Some who are willing to invest the time
